Important Message from the Business Office for Students Enrolled for Fall 2014: Students should confirm enrollment immediately. Viterbo policy requires that any past due balance from a previous semester is paid in full prior to the first day of the new semester. All students are required to contact the Business Office to confirm enrollment no later than 4 p.m. Friday, Aug. 22. A required minimum payment of $500 is due in the business office to confirm enrollment. Students can confirm enrollment without paying the deposit if all past due balances are paid in full and it can be determined that a financial aid award for the fall semester fully covers fall 2014 charges. Any student that has applied for financial aid but has not received an award letter by the start of the Fall 2014 semester will be required to pay the $500 deposit to confirm enrollment this fall.

Employees who didn¹t receive a 125th anniversary lapel pin and/or a Viterbo Values drawing of Dancing Francis suitable for framing are welcome to pick up both in the institutional advancement office.

Faculty: Finalizing your syllabi for the semester? Think about incorporating the Seven Rivers Undergraduate Research Symposium into your plans. Scheduled for Friday, Nov. 14, this no-fee,regional conference is open to undergraduate researchers in all disciplines. Consider assigning your students to attend poster or oral presentations sessions and write reflections based on the content or structure of the presentations. Alternatively, if students will be conducting substantive research as part of your class or as an independent study, consider having them present their work at the Symposium. Questions? Contact Kirsten Gabriel at More information about Seven Rivers can be found online at
